• Responsible of Loss Analysis for claims

• Responsible for the overall satisfaction of the Customer and Driver experience within the claims process

• Complete own investigation of physical damage and liability claims

• Communicate to customer service regarding status of truck repairs so they can prepare to conclude move if necessary

• Report all claims with injuries, tow or moderate to severe damage to insurance company

• Facilitate insurance company investigation and assist in the negotiation and resolution of third party claims
